This afternoon I finally had a chance to sit down and play with some of my new stamps. This card is not at all what it started out to be. In fact, I'm still not sure all of the styles of the stamps and paper actually go together. But I don't care! What do you think?
I'm absolutely in love with the new stamp set Creative Elements. It's one I got for free using my Sale-a-Bration rewards. I didn't necessarily pick it out because I liked it (I actually didn't at first). I got it because it was one of the more expensive new sets in the catalog and I was trying to make the most of my rewards. However, after seeing samples and playing with it, I love it! That never happens to you, does it??? I remember the first time I saw the stamp set I thought that it was odd because I didn't think it worked with itself. Hmph. I was wrong! The sentiment is from the Perfectly Penned stamp set - one of the "awards" I received at convention this year. The patterned paper is from the Pocketful of Posies DSP.
