I received a couple of hand-stamped cards from some of my Divas over the past few days. This first card was stamped by Hallie. She used one of my favorite stamp sets - Delicate Doilies. But she changed up the colors - and I love them! She used So Saffron, Wild Wasabi, and Perfect Plum. Hallie even dyed some of the satin ribbon to coordinate with the card. I love that she overlapped the doilies. I always stress about making sure they're perfectly spaced. But, obviously I don't need to stress!!! Thank you, Hallie, for this gorgeous card!
The second card was stamped by Darlene. She used an interesting technique that I absolutely LOVE. She punched the branches using the Bird Builder Punch. You probably can't tell from the photo, but the branches are cut out of the Bravo Burgundy. They are not glued on top!! I'm still trying to figure out how she did that without getting any parts of the bird!!! What a fun use for that punch. She also used some of the DSP that's on sale for Buy 3 Get 1 Free for the month of August!
