I'm taking a break from my Holiday Catalog Tour today to share with you some of the birthday cards I received last week for my birthday. I always love when I find one of those smooth Stampin' Up! envelopes in my mailbox. Don't you?
Here are the first four! This first card was created by Terri S. She used this very popuar layout that I believe was made popular by Dawn Olchefske. I love the subtle background she created with the flowers in Crumb Cake ink. I also never would have thought to punch out that flower with the scallop circle punch! But it totally works!!! Thanks Terri!
This next card was created by Nancy O. I love the vibrancy of the images! I also love the row of little stamps she stamped across the Cherry Cobbler Card stock and adhered a little rhinestone in the middle of each. I also love the three rows of baker's twine that she wrapped around the card. I usually only do one or two. But, baker's twine is certainly inexpensive enough to go wild with! Thanks Nancy!
This third card was created by Claire (she's my upline - the person who helped me join Stampin' Up!). I love the score lines throughout the card. I like how it frames the Designer Series Paper. Thanks Claire!!!
Last but not least (at least for today) is a card from my friend, Kelly. Her card is just so elegant! I love the way she layered the sentiment. I always struggle to find a layer for the curly label punch. Thanks Kelly!
wish I could take credit for that cute card, but it was actually stamped by your stampin' sister Ilina Crouse:0) hope you had a great day!
