It was such a fun surprise when I opened my mailbox yesterday.  My kit was hidden under a stack of mail.  I wasn't sure what was underneath until I saw that telltale red box!  I raced into the house to take a picture of the box!  Inside is the Welcome Kit.  Everyone gets the Welcome Kit as their first kit.  It contains the Clear Block you'll need to complete the projects in future kits.
