Today's card is the last of the cards I made last Sunday. Tomorrow I'll start working on next week's blog posts. There's been a card that keeps jumping out at me from my card rack. It's been screaming "CASE me"! So, I did! And, I think I like the original better! I used the Winter Frost Specailty DSP as my color inspiration. And, I used the original card as my layout inspiration. The sentiment is from the Christmas Tagables Photopolymer Stamp Set. I think the card needs a larger sentiment. But, I couldn't help myself - the sentiment fits perfectly inside the punch in the layout. Which do you prefer?
One final note...I have to say I'm awfully proud of myself! Why? All of the cards I've posted over the past 7 days have been made using SCRAPS (with the exception of the DSP). YES! I have a cello bag of scraps on my classroom table. I haven't once had to venture into my craft room to get a piece of card stock - even for card bases! Impressive, huh? In some cases I had to adjust the size of my layers by 1/8" but you never would have know, would you?
