Today's card is the final (sort of) design of my 2013 Annual Christmas cards. I actually have a few more cards to make this year - ones that I'll hand-deliver and ones that I left off of my card list. I check that list two, three, and four times and I always miss someone. I always feel awful!
Today's card is the only original design. Well....sorta. I cased myself! And, now that I read the post where I shared the original, I see that I was casing a layout from the Everyday Occasions Card Kit. Oh well - it wasn't completely original.
Again, I was trying to use up supplies from the holiday catalog. I had enough of this Designer Series Paper design to make 21 cards. However, I knew I had an unopened pack of the Winter Frost DSP stack. So I knew I could make a few more if I wanted to.
I hand-cut the tag. It drove me NUTS because I knew I'd have a punch a few days after these would be mailed that will be in the upcoming Occasions Mini Catalog that would make that shape for me! I'm sure by now you recognize the sentiment. Yep, it's from the Endless Wishes Photopolymer stamp set. Lesson learned: don't hesitate to purchase photopolymer stamp sets if you think they're cute! They are only available while supplies last!
Were you one of the lucky 21 recipients of this card? It's the the final of my favorites. Stay tuned - in the next few days I'll be sharing another version of this card that I created as my swap card for my downline (and it uses the new punch)!
