Today I'm sharing the fifth round of Christmas cards. I received these last weekend. My dining room wall is looking pretty full! And there are still plenty of mail delivery days before Christmas!
This first card was created by one of my Stamp Sorority team members, Patty Jo. She did something I wasn't brave enough to try - she tied a bow using the Cherry Cobbler ribbon! I didn't think the post office would like that ribbon, but it made it to me safely! Yay!
Today's second card was created by Janis. I always refer to Janis as my "original customer". She was the first customer I had in my Stampin' Up! business that wasn't a friend or my mother! She was one of three people to attend my very first open house. I love her little punch art Christmas tree! The tree is made from one of the scallop circle punches - including the tree trunk! I also like her use of the rhinestones. Very cute, clean, and simple.
Next up is a card created by Stacy. Her card might look familiar to you! She cased one of the cards I had in one of my Christmas stamp-a-stacks. It's so funny...this card has grown on me. When I originally designed it, I wasn't a fan. Maybe because I thought it was too simple. But, so many of you have said you love this card.
Today's final card was created by Darlene. She's the same Darlene that created that Lovely as a Tree work of art! And this card isn't exactly simple, either! It looks like she stamped the pointsettia in Versmark and heat embossed with gold powder. Then she colored it with Real Red and outlined it with Cherry Cobbler, maybe. I'm honestly not sure how she made the leaves! It looks like she stamped them in a darker green and then added some sketching to the veins and colored it with a lighter color green. And then she sponged some real red. It's a gorgeous, very Christmasy card.
