There's nothing more fun for me than to cheer on my team and recognize their accomplishments! Stampin' Up! provides extra incentives for new demonstrators to get off to a strong start. One of my team members just reached one of these goals! She joined in February during Sale-a-Bration and already reached her first goal - more than a month and a half early! Stampin' Up! rewarded her with some "Flex Points". Demonstrators throughout the year accumulate these points based upon sales, anniversaries, promotions, or other activities. They can then exchange the points for free Stampin' Up! shopping sprees, iPads, logo items, or even an all-expense paid trip for two to THAILAND! I'm personally saving up the points I earn for that trip!
